FEMINISM IS A SCAM (PART 1)
A GLIMPSE TO THE CONDITION OF WOMEN IN JAHILIYYAH PERIOD: A REMINDER TO THE CONTEMPORARY FEMINIST.

Before the advent of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) as a messenger of Allah in the Arabian Peninsular, the pagan Arabs used to bury their female children alive, inheriting objects, sex dolls, however, their birth is considered as unwelcomed event. Allah says:
"وَإِذَا بُشِّرَ أَحَدُهُمْ بِالاٍّنْثَى ظَلَّ وَجْهُهُ مُسْوَدًّا وَهُوَ كَظِيمٌ. يَتَوَارَى مِنَ الْقَوْمِ مِن سُوءِ مَا بُشِّرَ بِهِ أَيُمْسِكُهُ عَلَى هُونٍ أَمْ يَدُسُّهُ فِى التُّرَابِ أَلاَ سَآءَ مَا يَحْكُمُونَ"
Meaning :
(And when the news of (the birth of) a female (child) is brought to any of them, his face becomes dark and he is filled with inner grief! He hides himself from the people because of the evil of that whereof he has been informed. Shall he keep her with dishonor or bury her in the earth. Certainly, evil is their decision.
(Q Nahl Verse 58 -59 )
Jahiliyyah Arabs also make women dance nakedly in the vicinity of the Ka'bah during their annual festivals, and treat women as mere chattels and objects of sexual pleasure possessing no rights or position whatsoever.
Plurality of wives is also rampant during the period, man can marry as many wives as possible without limitation and also without giving her a dowry (Mahr) or anything analogous to it.
Regarding the issue of Inheritance, women have no share on the estate left by a decease no matter how close she is with him even he is her father, brother, or her son instead she is also considered as part of the patrimony.
This is just a glimpse of the situation of women during the period of dark age, I am sure if not because of the advent of Islam this trend should have continued till eternity.
In modern times, the evolution of so-called women right advocacy emerged in new dimension with the name "Feminism" (plural feminisms). The word feminism, refers to a social theory or social movement supporting the equality of both sexes in all aspects of public and private life. It also argues that the legal and social restrictions on females must be abolished in order to bring about such equality. A person who subscribes to this view is call a Feminist.
Feminists believe that male and female have equal opportunity and responsibilities in the society, It further states that female should live independent without depending on the man for her both primary and secondary needs.
Based on the above assertion, feminists challenge many Shari'ah rullings and view such rullings as irreverent to the 21st century they further try to convince some Muslims to relinquished some part of Shari'ah law or to amend it in order to go in line with modern society according to them.
Feminists challenge Islamic family system especially polygamy, that is allowing a person to marry up to four wives according to his capacity as well as many responsibilities attached to it.
Hijab (Veil) which is also mandatory for a female to cover all parts of her body as stated in the Qur'an was also criticised by feminists and view it as irrelevant and irrational to the modern day society.
The distribution of inheritance as state in the Qur'an and Sunnah where in some instance, male will receive a double share of female is also considered as injustice and abuse of girl-child right by them.
The Idea of Feminism is in contrast with the explicit verses of the Glorious Qur'an as well as the Authentic traditions of the Prophet (SAW) we viewed it as a movement by the western world to destroy Islamic family System and subject women to the total degradation, hardship, and use them as an object of entertainment.
An American online magazine titled "Intellectual Takeout" published a report in June 2017 of four feminists who abandoned the movement after joining, in giving various reasons on why they abandoned the movement.
One of them Jessa Crispin criticized feminism of be coming a political movement in her word she said "that was really frustrating as someone who became politically conscious through my engagement with feminism. It was disappointing to see feminists abandon their value system for the sake of assimilation and power."
Heather Wilhelm is also a feminist but quited the movement in 2016 she confessed what feminism is all about she said "instead of addressing the infamous ‘sexual double standard’ in a positive way say, encouraging guys to take sex seriously, feminists attempt to drag women down as well." Candece Owen, an American activist said "Feminism is a scam, it kept me unmarried for 55 years".
In a nutshell both the Jahiliyyah barbaric system and feminism are not in line with the needs of the humanity Islamic System is the best system suitable for all ages nations and human race.
Islam reforms all these barbaric culture of maltreatment.
